Integrate Your Soul is a forward-thinking private practice that believes in the power of holistic mental health care. We offer Telehealth services to individuals seeking support for their emotional well-being. Our team is dedicated to providing quality care that integrates various therapeutic approaches to promote healing, self-discovery, and growth.

 

We are looking for licensed social workers (LMSWs), Mental Health Counselors (LMHCs), and limited permit fee-for-service therapists licensed in NY and NJ to join our collaborative and supportive small group practice. As a Telehealth position, you will have the autonomy to set your schedule, making this role ideal for clinicians working towards clinical licensure or those interested in gaining valuable experience in a private practice setting.

 

The successful candidate will have a valid LMSW license or Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). While experience is preferred, newer clinicians are welcome to apply. The candidate must be capable of carrying a minimum caseload of 10 clients and proficient in completing the required documentation after each session. Additionally, the candidate must be equipped to work remotely in a private space with a reliable internet connection.

 

As part of our team, we offer flexibility, clinical supervision, and a competitive fee-for-service payment, providing financial stability. We are committed to our team’s personal and professional growth and provide weekly supervision to build community with an excellent network of clinicians.

 

The responsibilities include conducting Telehealth sessions with clients using a holistic and client-centered approach and providing compassionate and evidence-based mental health care while maintaining accurate and timely session documentation. Collaborating with our team to enhance your clinical skills and participating in clinical supervision to support your growth.
